This Shipping Policy explains how and when your orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.

Processing Times

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped, including tracking information if available.

During busy seasons or promotional events, processing times may take slightly longer.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

We currently ship within the United States.
Delivery times typically range between 3–7 business days after your order is processed, depending on your shipping address and carrier delays.

If you need your order by a specific date, please reach out to us before placing your order so we can do our best to accommodate your request.

Carriers We Use

We primarily ship via:

  • USPS (United States Postal Service)
  • Occasionally UPS or FedEx, depending on order size and delivery location.

Once your order has been shipped, the carrier is responsible for delivery.
We are not responsible for delays caused by postal or shipping services.

Digital Products (E-books and PDF Study Guides)

Digital downloads are delivered instantly after payment via email or download link.

No physical item will be shipped for digital purchases.
If you do not receive your download link within a few minutes of purchase, please check your spam folder or contact us for assistance.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If you realize an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at: [email protected], and we’ll do our best to correct it before your order ships.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery) so we can help resolve the issue.

We may request photos of any damaged items or packaging to assist with carrier claims.

Returns Due to Shipping Issues

If an item is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we can reship it once the correct address is confirmed and any additional postage costs are covered.

At this time, we ship only within the United States.
